Curriculum Vitae
Usman Sapaev (b. on 12/13/1974 in Khorezm Region of the Republic of Uzbekistan) received his BSc. and MSc degrees from the National University of Uzbekistan in 1994 and 1996, respectively, and his PhD degree from NPO Akadempribor, Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan in November 2001. His research interest is on theoretical studies of nonlinear wave propagation and frequency generation in various optical media: second-order nonlinear, periodic and aperiodic quasi-phase matched crystals. Currently he is a Pierre and Marie Curie experienced reseracher.
