Saravanan Rajamani (b. in Padiyur, Tamilnadu (India) on 06/05/1985) in 2009 he received his Master of Technology degree in Nanotechnology from VIT University, Vellore, India with a thesis entitled Nanopatterning using Dip Pen Nanowriting Technique and process modeling. In 2012 he enrolled in PhD program working on Germanium on Silicon photodetectors.
