Curriculum Vitae



Vito Sorianello (b. in Rome on 12/24/1981) received in 2006 his MSc ("Laurea") in Electronic Engineering from the University "Roma Tre", with a thesis entitled "Ge on SOI integrated guided-wave near infrared detectors". In November 2006 he enrolled in a PhD program at the same university, working on near infrared light detection.
